WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

 

All of our standard t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are printed on amazing quality cotton blend tees. Our shirts are UNISEX fit unless otherwise specified. The fit is flattering for both men and women if sized according to the sizing charts available here.

 

CAN I CANCEL/MODIFY MY ORDER?

 

At this time we cannot accommodate cancellations and modifications once your order has been placed. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order, especially size/fit. 

We do not do price or discount code adjustments once an order is placed. 

 

SHIPPING (HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?)

 

Standard processing and shipping for orders in the United States typically takes 7-10 business days. Most U.S. orders are received within 10 days of ordering.

International orders may take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. 

Delays can occur, due to the manufacturer, periods of high demand, holidays, etc.  DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE SEEING US Postal Service (USPS) IS OPERATING WITH SOME DELAYS. We appreciate your trust and grace during this time.

We will keep you updated by email when your order leaves our warehouse and provide you with a tracking number as soon as it is available. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact us immediately at info@ceoofmylife.co (not .com!).

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. The delivery date is the date the mail service provider marks the package as delivered.
 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide photographic proof that there is a manufacturing defect with your product.

 

Defective items include: wrong design, misprinted shirt, ripped apparel, apparel damaged in transit. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same product in the same size and same color.

 

Only unused, unwashed and faulty items with photographic proof will be eligible for a refund or replacement. As is customary in business, garment care is the customer's responsibility.

 

There is no need to mail your faulty items due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

 

Since each order is custom made when it is ordered and color is subjective WE DO NOT PROCESS SIZE OR COLOR EXCHANGES OR RETURN REQUESTS.

 

Please consult the sizing chart before placing your order.

 

If you received a defective item, please refer to our return policy for more information on how to proceed.

 

 

ARE THERE SPECIFIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS?

Please note, black print (the writing) is less fade resistant.

Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle and MILD detergent. (If your garment is white, recommend washing on its own). 

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.

Drying: Hang-dry or lay flat to dry.

Do not use bleach, fabric softener and do not dry clean.
