PRINTING QUALITY

We print directly to the garment using an eco-friendly, water-resistant ink. 

The ink is absorbed into the fabric creating a durable print that lasts dozens of wears and washes.

For lightweight fabrics, the print will be more opaque.

For heavier garments, the print will be less opaque as ink is absorbed into the fabric. 

We do not use heat-transfer decals.

FABRIC QUALITY

T-shirts:

We use combed, ring-spun cotton for our t-shirts, which is the finest available in fast fashion.

Your t-shirt fibers are free of impurities making it lightweight, breathable and ultra soft, yet strong.

Sweatshirts:

We use a cotton/poly fleece blend for sweatshirts. The texture is cozy and soft like your favorite throw blanket.

Because of the cotton/poly blend, you get maximum warmth with minimized drying time.

SIZING

All apparel is UNISEX SIZING. Unisex sizing is cut to fit men. It is intentionally a relaxed fit. Size info available here.

Going down a size is recommended if you prefer a snug fit, but the customer knows her/his body best.

    CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS

    After an order is placed, we cannot cancel or change it. This includes the shipping address.

    No price adjustments.

    SHIPPING

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend adding Route Package Insurance.

    Please check your shipping address before ordering. If it is incorrect or a package is returned to sender, your order will be cancelled.

    Domestic (USA): Although every item is expertly custom made, 99% of customers receive packages within 1-2 weeks of ordering. However, in rare cases things can take a bit longer. We appreciate your grace and patience.

    International: International orders may take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on customs processing.

    Order Tracking: We'll send you a shipment tracking number by email as soon as it is available. It may take 1-2 business days for the package status to update once it is handed off to the postal carrier.

    Delivery Claims: Once an item has been marked delivered by the postal carrier, CEO OF MY LIFE is not responsible if it is lost or stolen. We strongly recommend Route Package Insurance for this reason. 

    REFUND POLICY

    Monetary refunds are not offered, only store credit or exchanges of defective items. Shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from any store credit issued.

    If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ceoofmylife.co and we'll replace it with the same item in the same size and color.

    Defective items include: wrong design, misprinted shirt, ripped apparel, damaged in transit. 

    You must provide photographic evidence that there is a manufacturing defect with your product.

    There is no need to mail any faulty items back to us due to hygiene reasons.

    Garment care is the customer's responsibility - this policy applies only to unused items.

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    No exchanges. No exceptions. Please consult the sizing chart before placing your order.

    If you received a defective item, please refer to our refund policy for more information on how to proceed.

    GARMENT CARE

    Please note, black print (the writing) is less fade resistant.

    Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle and MILD detergent. 

    Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.

    Drying: Hang-dry or lay flat to dry is recommended.

    Do not use bleach, fabric softener, combination detergent / fabric softener, and do not dry clean.
