Shipping policy

Please check your shipping address before ordering. If it is incorrect or a package is returned to sender, your order will be cancelled. 

Shipping Estimates

The shipping policy begins 24 hours after your order has been placed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are nonrefundable and deducted from any credits issued.

Package Insurance

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend adding Route Package Insurance at checkout. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS or Route (where applicable).

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Most customers receive their merchandise within 1-2 weeks. However, we appreciate your patience if your order takes a bit longer during this unprecedented time.

International Shipping 

International orders usually take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

Delivery claims

We are not responsible for items that have been marked "delivered" by the postal carrier. We do not issue store credit or replacements for items that the carrier has confirmed as being delivered.

Order Tracking

We will send you a shipment notification email when your order leaves our warehouse and provide you with a tracking number.

The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.
